Industrial Visit at LMRC (Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation)



On 9th August 2019, Electrical Engineering Society conducted a one-day industrial visit to Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation(LMRC) for the third-year students. Students went to Transport Nagar metro station where they visited Auxilary Substation, they also visited Transport Nagar Depot, where engineers work on pre-engineered of sheds and make them track ready.

  Technical Visit to PGCIL Substation | Electrical Engineering Society The Electrical Engineering Society successfully organized an insightful technical visit to the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) substation near Lucknow batch of (2023-2027). The visit provided students with a valuable opportunity to step beyond the classroom and witness the functioning of one of the critical components of India’s power transmission infrastructure . The experience offered an in-depth understanding of how electrical power is transmitted, controlled, and distributed across the grid.
