Introduction to new members

Welcome!!


 EES welcomes members from freshmen batch of B.tech 2022. In the orientation program organised by IET Whiteboard on 18th August, a presentation for EES was delivered by 3rd-year members of the society, Arpit Srivastava and Nitesh Singh. The presentation was a warm welcome to the 1st year people and a brief intro about the society. Here are some pics of the moment.

Inaguration of Tesla Hall: EES Library & Meeting Room

On 24th November 2018, the meeting room and library of EES, the Tesla Hall, was inaugurated by the hands of Alumni of the 1993 batch of the department in presence of Prof. Bharti Dwivedi ma'am. The inauguration was scheduled on the occasion of Convergence'18, the Silver Jubilee program of 1989-93 batch of the institute. The work of the library was started after it was announced in the Teacher's Day program. By the hard work of the Library Committee and other active members of EES from 2nd and 3rd year, the library has again come to a state to operate for the welfare of the students of the society. Special thanks to HOD sir, Prof. Kuldeep Sahay for providing curtains and a  roundtable along with cousin chairs for the hall. Also, head sir has agreed to give a desktop and a printer for the library. The society has also arranged a whiteboard, a clock and sheets for the windows from its fund. Result Declaration of the Debate Event

Vis-a-Vis | Debate | Electrical Engineering Society The Electrical Engineering Society proudly announces the successful conclusion and result declaration of the Debate Event conducted under Vis-a-Vis , a platform dedicated to the exchange of ideas, logic, and thoughtful discourse. After a series of intellectually stimulating rounds, the debate event reached its culmination with the declaration of results, marking the end of a journey that celebrated critical thinking, confident expression, and respectful disagreement . About the Event The debate competition under Vis-a-Vis was curated to encourage students to voice their perspectives on contemporary, technical, and socially relevant topics. Participants were evaluated not merely on their ability to speak, but on the depth of their arguments, clarity of thought, rebuttal skills, and overall presentation . Expert Lecture By Dr. Gayathri Nair

Hope you all are staying home and staying safe!!  In order to overcome technical constraints and exploring the Integration of higher shares of variable renewable into the grid " the grids of small island developing state" , EES has come up with an exigent webinar session on " GRID STABILITY ASSESSMENT WITH HIGH SHARE OF RENEWABLE" on 4th june at 4 pm. Our expert speaker is "Dr. Gayathri Nair" who comes from the International Renewable Energy Agency, Bonn area, Germany. The students should attend this webinar to have the best practices to mitigate technical challenges. “The beautiful thing about learning is that nobody can take it away from you.”
