Electrical Engineering Society, IET Lucknow is very proud to announce that EES has successfully completed one more year with its evolutive factors. The members of EES (session 2018-19) have worked very hard for the advancement and the enhancement of EES. We are very glad to inform that the new team of EES (session 2019-20) has been declared by the respected faculty advisor, Dr. Nitin Anand Srivastava Sir.

Visit to State Load Dispatch Centre (SLDC)

  A one day technical visit to State Load Dispatch Centre (SLDC) of Uttar Pradesh was organized for Electrical engineering students by Electrical department and EES on 9th October, 2021. SLDC is the prime body which is responsible for the integrated operation of power system in Uttar Pradesh. SLDC ensures the secure and economic working of the state grid and also carry out practical operations for grid control and electricity dispatch in the state. The SLDC works under RLDC which further works under NLDC. We would really thank our honorable HOD Dr. Seethalekshmi K Ma'am as well as the staff for organizing the visit. Here are a few glimpses of the same.

EXPERT LECTURE ON “ADVANCED ELECTRIC MACHINES”

“Electrical science has revealed to us the true nature of light, has provided us with innumerable appliances and instruments of precision, and has thereby vastly added to the exactness of our knowledge”   To enhance the knowledge and acquaintance to the motor technology of B. Tech 3 rd , 4 th year and M. Tech 1 st and 2nd-year students ,   Electrical Engineering Department, IET Lucknow ( EES) organized an expert lecture on “ Advanced Electric Machines ” by the hon’ble expert speaker “Prof. Ajay Srivastava ” who is an expert speaker from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, India.
