Anniversary of LMRC


On the 6th Sep 2019, a visit was scheduled on the Anniversary of LMRC. 20 students of electrical third year batch went for the visit. The need for tunnel ventilation is critical for the life and safety of any person utilizing the metro, rail or road tunnels throughout the world. Typically the equipment is used for smoke extraction or control for the time it takes people to evacuate the tunnel under emergency conditions. They are also utilized to control exhaust fumes and to provide standard ventilation when required.
The basic control using portal to portal,  shaft to shaft,  portal to shaft introduced. The LMRC team explained the function  of equipment like a draft,  CMC,  planum, Rockwool for insulation,  air-cooled chiller, dampers, attenuator in detail.

Electrical Vehicle Technology and Industry

  A five-day live-online-training-program (24 to 28 November 2020) was scheduled on “Electric Vehicle Technology and EV Industry” (which includes Control of Electric Vehicle) for organizing in November, 2020.
