Electrical Engineering Society bids farewell to all the final year members of the society. We all appreciate the time you all have given to the department and to EES. Workshop on PLC-SCADA

Electrical Engineering Society under the guidance of Department of Electrical Engineering, Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow in association with AIESEC, IIT Delhi organised a two-day industrial training workshop on 28th & 29th January 2019 on 'Industrial Automation: PLC- SCADA'. The workshop was intended to make the students acquainted with conceptual as well as practical knowledge of industrial automation and the latest technology being used in the field of automation. The idea of organising this workshop was to instil the basic fundamentals of automation in students and provide them with a platform to work on. The resource person Mr Syed Md. Inaguration of Tesla Hall: EES Library & Meeting Room

On 24th November 2018, the meeting room and library of EES, the Tesla Hall, was inaugurated by the hands of Alumni of the 1993 batch of the department in presence of Prof. Bharti Dwivedi ma'am. The inauguration was scheduled on the occasion of Convergence'18, the Silver Jubilee program of 1989-93 batch of the institute. The work of the library was started after it was announced in the Teacher's Day program. By the hard work of the Library Committee and other active members of EES from 2nd and 3rd year, the library has again come to a state to operate for the welfare of the students of the society. Special thanks to HOD sir, Prof. Kuldeep Sahay for providing curtains and a  roundtable along with cousin chairs for the hall. Also, head sir has agreed to give a desktop and a printer for the library. The society has also arranged a whiteboard, a clock and sheets for the windows from its fund.
