'Know Your Professor' series - Ep-01

The EES team under the guidance and support of the faculty advisor of the team, Dr Nitin Anand Shrivastava started the ‘Know Your Professor’ series.

It was an initiative to get an insight into the minds and methods of the professors in our department and talk to them about their life journeys, research areas, teaching experiences, and many more interesting areas.

The head of the Department of electrical engineering, Prof. Kuldeep Sahay, is featured in the first episode of the series. He generously gave up some of his hectic schedule for this interview. His research field is the Mathematical modelling of energy storage and integration of renewable energy with grid and Electric vehicles. Prof.Sahay, for his overall contribution to research and academics, has been awarded Shiksha Ratan Puraskar and Rashtriya Gaurav Award by the India International Friendship Society, New Delhi, in 2011. He was also awarded the Corps of Engineers Prize for joint research publication in the Journal of the Institution of Engineers(India): Series B, Issue 3, volume 102,2021. He is the director of the Navyug Navachar Foundation of IET Lucknow and a senior member of IEEE, Fellow IE(I), and Fellow IETE.

Undoubtedly, the team had great success with the first episode of the "Know Your Professor" series, which received accolades from certain department graduates who were also a member of EES.

  1. I was scammed by a fake Bitcoin investment company online in June. I lost about $782,000 to them and they denied all my withdrawal requests, and gave me all sorts of filthy requests. It was really hard for me because that was all my life savings and they tricked me into investing with their company with a guarantee that I will make more profit. They took all my money and I did not hear from them anymore. I was able to recover all I lost through the help of Lord Hacker Ultimate. I paid for the tools used and 20% of the recovered funds as his service charge after I got all my money back. I am really grateful to him because I know a lot of people here have been scammed and need help.
